TOUR COST INCLUDES

Lodging, Travelling & Sight Seeing.

  • Lodging – Sharing Twins Basis on most probably specified hotels, suitable for family accommodation
  • Child – Shall be accommodated with parents in the same room without bed or mattress Age – 02 to 11 years.
  • Extra Person – Only One Extra Person can be accommodated in the same room with extra bed or mattress.
  • Standard Hotels – Non-AC Rooms with Attached Bathrooms providing Hot & Cold Water.
  • Deluxe Hotels – Non AC/AC Rooms elegantly decorated with Attached Bathrooms and having TV facilities.
  • Luxury Hotels – AC Rooms in 3 Star – 5 Star Hotels.
  • Travelling – A transport between two destinations by Buses/ Car/ Train on SIC Basis. The Cars/ Buses/Trains shall be mostly in Non AC unless expressly specified in the Itinerary. AC Transportation can however be arranged at extra costs.
  • Sight Seeing – Sight Seeing by Non AC Buses/ Cars as mentioned in rate sheet shall be provided. Please take note that the Entrance Fees to Monuments, Guiding Charges & Camera or Camcorder Tickets at all places of Sight Seeing is not included in the Tour Cost & shall be borne by the passengers at the time of entry.

 

 

TOUR COST DOES NOT INCLUDE

 

  • Costs of Boarding. Tea, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and any Food & Beverage Item.
  • Any Taxes, Airport Taxes, Foreign Travel Tax and Entry Fees to Monuments, Museums, Parks, Zoo, Temples, Cities & everywhere applicable.
  • Local Conveyances from Airports/Bus Stands/ Railway Stations.
  • Individual Expenses like Laundry, Porterage, Tips, Shopping, Guides, Parking Charges, Boating, Cable Car Rides, Horse & Pony Rides, Telephone Charges.
  • The Transport Supplement Costs to reach at Starting Point of the Tour unless otherwise expressly mentioned in the concerned Itinerary.
  • Additional Expenses incurred due to extension of stay due to Band, Rasta Roko, Political Disturbances, Late Arrivals and Cancellations of Trains/Buses/Flights, War, Quarantine, Floods, Damaged Rail/Road Routes, Accidents, Illness, Ailments and all such other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any extra stay after check out time of concerned hotel and all other such expenses that are not included in the Itineraries & Brouchers or which the management feels are not covered in the Tour Costs.

 

BOOKING FORMALITIES & PROCEDURES

 

Please study Tour Programme thoroughly and select Tour that suits your requirements.

 

  1. Fill up Order Form in detail such as Names, Age, Sex, Address & Tel. Numbers.
  2. Confirm Starting Date along with Transport Details, preferences & Alternatives.
  3. Match the Arrival Dates with Starting Date from Starting Point.
  4. Please give us a 65 Days Margin to execute the Tour Programme. In Season Time, you should Book the Tour at least 65 Days in Advance, otherwise alternatives shall be worked out.
  5. Please pay 50% of Total Tour Cost Per Head in addition to all Transport Charges by Cash or Cheque favouring Himani Travels, payable at Pune. The Balance Amount can be paid 15 days prior to departure of Tour.
  6. Collect your File which Includes Detailed Itinerary, Hotel & Transport Vouchers, Receipts, Tickets etc. Please go through the documents. If no report is made or query shown before starting the journey, it shall be assumed that the file is inspected in detail, that all arrangements are correct as per requirements & satisfaction and no grievance or complaint shall be entertained thereafter.
  7. In case of any query, it is requested to contact our office immediately.

 

 

 

RULES & REGULATIONS

 

  1. All tours are of Individual Nature, Time Binding & Perishable Service. So the Advance Amount & Tour Final Payment is totally neither refundable nor transferable on any grounds.
  2. Company reserves the rights to Change the Mode of Transport, Hotels as well as Change or Modify Routes or Cancel the Tour in whole or in part.
  3. Tour Rates are subject to revision without notice, which is bound to pay by the passengers.
  4. We reserve the rights to levy extra costs on passengers for additional expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control.
  5. We are not responsible for loss of a day/days or Hotel Accommodation in case of Breakdown/Late Running/ Cancellations of Trains/ Buses/ Flights, Bad Weather or such other circumstances beyond our control.
  6. We are not responsible for the places, which remain closed on the day of the visit due to Weekly Holidays or other reasons.
  7. We are not responsible for the Loss or Damage to Person/s (Life, Body) or Luggage or Property etc. of the passengers due to accidents, theft or other such mishaps & unforeseen circumstances.
  8. We shall provide LTC Certificates for the expenses after completion of Tour.
  9. Season Period shall mean – Diwali, Christmas, Durga Puja, Holidays, Weekends, April to June & August to October. Off Season shall mean – other than the period mentioned in Season Period.
  10. Child rates are for children between 02 till 11 years of age.
  11. All costs are on Per Head Basis & require minimum of Two Full Paying Adult Passengers for any Tour. In case where transportation is required by Car, requirement is of minimum Four Full Paying Adult Passengers.
  12. No refund is permissible on the unused portion of the partly used Transport Arrangements or Hotel Accommodation due to cancellation or preponement of the Tour by Passengers.
